This animation is from a series of animated dreams for a show with zefrank. Viewers record their dreams (in this case, it was Hank Green from the Vlogbrothers) and I download the audio and animate them. I made this one with the challenge to not undo anything during production. Everything was animated in After Effects.
Weird note: I started animating the hail (using trapcode particular) and searched for a hail storm sound effect. As I clicked play to preview it, the heavens opened outside and a huge hail storm flooded the local area…
