It’s go time! We take the approved script and boards and make you a custom video.

Working with us
Every client/provider experience is different because, although we don’t change that much, every client is unique. One of the most frequently asked questions we are asked before being hired is ‘what’s your process, where do we start and what’s next?’. It’s a hard one to answer because, as already stated, each working relationship differs from the last. We’re a professional but relaxed outfit. We want the process to be a comfortable, easy and rewarding one. Here’s what we aim for.
A brief chat
We get to know each other, talk through the project outline and see if we’re on the same creative page. A quick note: initial calls are great but full project briefs or detailed instructions shouldn’t be communicated via phone or Skype. Details get lost that way and overlooked. All of the important stuff should be sent via email or in documents for future reference (it’s best to use the Basecamp project we set up to keep everything organized and in one place).
The Contract
If we’re all happy to move forward, we put together a no-nonsense contract/agreement and send it over for you to sign and return. We also require a down-payment to book in the time slot (generally 50%). We then create a project on Basecamp and send you an invite so you can follow our progress and participate.
Scripting and concept work
With the formalities out of the way, we move on to the fun stuff. We come up with ideas and concepts for the video. At this point, if you have relevant information or anything you think might help, send it over. The more we know about you and the message you need to get across the better. Sometimes we need to script and storyboard the whole thing, other times it’s just a script and some style examples. Either way, we create, tweak and perfect the script and concepts until you’re happy with the creative direction. We’re fine with clients having as much or as little input as they want at this stage. If you already have a script, great! No one knows your business like you do so send it over!
Voice-over
We’ll source suitable voice-over talents for the video and upload a selection for you to choose from. We can source just about any language and style you’d need.
Kick your feet up and let us work for you
At this stage, it’s all about editing and animation. We’ll still upload stills and clips to the Basecamp project but for the most part, you can put your feet up, crack open a brew and chill while we create your video.
Show time
Next, it’s time to review. We’ll upload a copy of the full video to your client page and you can watch it through as many times as you like and take note of anything that you think might need modifying. We offer up to three revision sessions to tweak and get the video exactly how you want it. Three may not seem like a lot but most clients don’t use more than one session.
Upload and share with the world
Once you’re happy with the final edit and the remainder of payment is made, we send you the video in just about any format you need. Now all you have to do is upload it to the web or take it to a trade show, presentation or whatever you need it for, and show it off to the world.
